• CarverX is all about recreating the carving feeling of a snowboard on the street. We started out electrifying longboards, soon we realized tiny skateboard wheels are not meant for city streets, and the small battery is causing anxiety time from time. We needed something with all terrain wheels and a wide deck to hold a big pack. In the end we designed the whole thing from ground up. That is CarverX.

• Currently we have six engineers working full time with several professional manufacturers to turn our design into reallife products. It is amazing to see different components that we designed in house getting manufactuered in the hands of experts that have focused on their own area for decades.

• The birth chamber of our Full Carbon Deck suprises us the most, the whole thing weighs more than 2000lbs and it was carved out of a huge block of #718 hard steel, it took the tooling factory 41 hours nonstop to carve it out, the tooling cost almost knocked us out of business, can't tell a exact number but it cost more than a brand new bmw. 

• Building the product is way more difficult than we thought, the CarverX has more than 150 independent parts, each one of them have their own tooling, to fullfill our commitment of automotive grade, we spend years designing every part to meet automive standards, a part from that we have worked with many giant companys in the automotive industry to produce our parts. The supplier that makes our under deck Battery Tray is also building car bumpers for Audi.

• ESC is the most expensive part of building any electric skateboard    We recommend that you get Our HW6.6 based Xesc6.6 which have stayed true to the most reliable BV design, no compromise is made to the BOM(bill of material). Comes with two seperated gold plated esc PCBA shilded in a CNC heatsink, it fits our batterytray with 2 sets of silicon gasket to prevent any weather related issues. • Currently we are trying to keep everything in stock, but due to supply shortage, each order will be shipped  within 2 weeks.

• Every part of CarverX comes with 1 year of warranty against manufacture defect.

• How to ship it back if it needs service?
• CarverX is designed to be user-serviceable, if anything is not fuctioning normally, we will assist you to run a   vedio diagnostic and we will ship the parts needed to be replaced to you in the next business day. It also comes with a video tutorial to showcase specifically how to service it.
